I'm not sure, but I think my wife has been trying to ask me this question lately.

Sunday.
Wife-"Can I ask you a question?"
Me  - (staring glassy eyed into the tv, clutching an Xbox controller, flinching and ducking as I try and shoot enemies) "Can....ugh...can it wait?"

Monday.
Wife-"When you get a minute, I'd like to ask you something"
Me  - (sitting in my studio with a guitar in my lap, playing the same phrase over and over and over....) "Soon as I get this down"

Tuesday.
Wife-"You and I need to talk"
Me  - (sitting at my drum kit, 2 songs into a 12 song set with headphones on yelling loudly) "It's cold as hell outside, why would I want to go for a walk?"

Wednesday.
Wife-"Can you stop that so I can talk to you"
Me  - (On the floor on my hands and knees with a rubber tug of war dog toy in my mouth and my 85 pound Yellow Lab on the other end and we are both growling and tugging madly) "Ell grt trrt in a mnutt".

It could be something else though. I'll try and set aside some time after I go sledding with my buddies tonight to ask her what's been on her mind.
