I was one of those who took the "upgrade to X1 and get X2..." promo. I received an email today from Cakewalk pointing to my downloads for X2, all is there in my account profile. Maybe the delay for you is because you ordered from Musicians Friend instead of directly from Cakewalk (as I did) Are you able to access your account info at the Cakewalk store listing all your purchases/serial numbers?

rcrees, I checked out your site. Nice music. I like Stormdrum choir. I prefer the epic music the best.

Thanks for listening. Yeah, I love Eastwest's Stormdrum and Choir libraries. As soon as I got them, I had to immediately get that out of my system... Don't be shy about calling Cakewalk support, I've found them very helpful. At least they'll be able to tell you when your downloads will show up. All the best, Rob

All the best, Rob You are right, support here is great. Andrew Rossa PM me here on a Saturday. I hope he does not mind me quoting him here just trying to give him Kudos for the great support and caring for people. Quote: Hi- you do indeed qualify for a free upgrade. I will get this sorted out, but might not be until Monday. I'll do my best to get you sorted out though as quickly as possible. There is a sticky at the top with links for the free upgrade. Once we add you to the list, you can use those so don't expect anything to show up in your account. Thanks, Andrew unQoute Mr Torture hopefully you got the same.

I figured either Musician's Friend or Cake themselves would honour it, after all it's in writing [print]. I wonder if then the above link will be changed & rolled back to July 1st instead of August 1st to reflect this over site?
