What happens after annual subscription expires?

Hi,
 
I have the Platinum subscription until Dec. 2016. If I don't upgrade to Lifetime Updates, will the program and current purchased modules still work?
 
I currently have switched to Studio One and want to use Sonar but not sure it's worth the extra $199.

    If you are paid a full year (12 months) up to the date stated your program should carry on working but you will not be entitled to further updates.  There may be an update offer for you to purchase a further year of update when your current one expires.

    Check to see if you're eligible for a discount. It may not cost you $199. Then again whatever you pay sets you up for life...

    Thanks! I thought that was the case but wanted to be sure. Now I need to see if I can afford the Lifetime updates.

    To see your actual upgrade price make sure to be logged in (as you are now) and click the buy now button to load the renewal into your store basket. Some of the resellers are also offering discounts.
