Just got an email offer to see the musical "A Night With Janis Joplin".

    They have had Us " Our Generation " pegged since Woodstock my friend
    Let us not forget that we were once trail blazers in our day
     
    Now we are just a bunch of old phucks walking around dodging an advertisement barrage from all ends of the media biznezz with one goal in mind ..
    They want to re sell us nostalgia aimed at giving us a hint of our former Glory Days ...
     
    Our Cash Cow has been milked to the bone and then some ...

    One of my email accounts sometimes gets offers like this in the spam folder.
     
    Except they're offers for a night with sumjuan I've never heard of.
     
    And I didn't realize they were musicals.

    For a long time Ive wanted to attend an annual ragtime festival, but its all the way somewhere in the USA and no, too far. Nothing like that ever happens in the UK, people here are just uncultured plebs that only like Beyonce and Lady Gaga.
