What is currently the [ PC] Fastest Laptop (w) lowest DPC Latency ......

Hi all !
 
Ive been out of Laptop Land for  *many*  years.
 
Am looking to replace my current DAW Tower with a hi-end  Laptop  [ no Apple options please ]
 
So .........
 
=> what is currently the fastest  [ non Apple ]  Laptop for DAW purposes ?

    well that would be the laptop that has a desktop processor in it up to a 4960x and 3 internal HDD capable
    but its rather overkill for most people not to mention stupid expensive.
    the name we call it is 9000x.
    very low DPC! (well all our laptops are)
     
    I doubt you need something that powerful unless doing tons of samples that are heavy hitting or excessive 96k tracks with massive effects

    just from my own experience, be sure you want a laptop. i got an ADK laptop from Scott and was very pleased with it, had it over 4 years i think. but not once did i ever move it off the desk. so next go-round i got a desktop instead. quieter, cheaper, faster.

    I personally love using a laptop.  I like working on music wherever and whenever.  And at home, I connect it to my 55 inch screen with an hdmi cable.  Awesome way to work.   I got a Toshiba satellite p75-a7200.  Paid only $700 for it.  Its got a haswell quad core i7,  nice 17 inch screen.  It's light and very powerful.  Its even got an extra bay for a second hard drive.  And if I remove the dvd drive,I could have three hds.  I dare say I love my laptop.  Its amazing to me that so much power can be had for so cheap.
