Well, ignoring the silliness of you going back through time (around 200lbs worth of bound energy -you- suddenly disappearing from the now would be a pretty major violation of the laws of thermodynamics...as would 200lbs of bound energy -you- suddenly appearing in the past...energy would be destroyed/created), if you could send yourself a signal/message backward through time, the trick would be to have it arrive minutes before the deadline for ticket purchases, allowing the old you to run the the corner store to buy it just in the knick of time. Assuming the actual lotto drawing were to occur within hours and far away, entropy might (just might) theoretically not have time to spread out far enough to affect those drawing the lotto balls and produce a different outcome.

Not to get to philosophical but I don't think I want that to happen.
Today I'm pretty well adjusted and enjoying life.
Do I have all the money I need? No, but that never brought me happiness (I did have all I needed once and I was not happy).
I have a wonderful life partner and she exceeds all my expectations. We have been together for nearly 4 years and we have not had an argument, spat or even minor disagreement in all that time. Life is too short for anger, hurt and a petty defensive nature.
Today I go with the flow and really don't EXPECT much but anticipate what life brings with joy and wonder.
Sorry for the downer.

While you're at it, slug the young me a few times for wearing my baby blue Members Only jacket on stage. What would I tell young me? Siddown kid because the list is long. I wouldn't say anything pertaining to my own life (young me can take care of himself just fine), but I'd definitely warn about all the mistakes that are going to end up hurting others. That would be my only reason for changing time. oops talk about a downer

Buy EVERY 50s guitar, 60s amp and 70s-early 80s synth you can find. Also load up on 60s muscle cars. 1959 bursts are going for 1/4MM now. And that is not millimeters
