What the heck is going on ? Effects 8.5.3 work but I cant open them in the bin ?

Once I place an effect in the 8.5.3 bin track or master ...When I click on the effect it wont open ...This is on all my song projects and even new ones I create ?....Sometimes if I click on the effect it will open ..?  the effects are working while they're in the bin I just cant open them to make adjustments ?  ...Any ideas to solve this ? ...or is it a corrupt file in the program ? ...

    Is the Plugin Window offscreen? I know that if I drag my plugin Window down to the bottom of my screen (so only the very top edge is showing) I sometimes think the plugs aren't opening when I click on them in the bin but they are just kind of hiding. If I drag them back into view there they are.
     
    Also remember that in SPlat we now have Plugin Window Recycling so instead of a bunch of plugins popping up they pop up into the same window (and the previous one disappears). This behavior can be disabled in Preferences and/or you can use the "Pin Plugin Window" option to have multiple plugin GUIs open on screen at once.

    Thank You ...But they are not coming up at all ...Not off screen or anywhere ...Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't ..Its crazy ...
