What version of Platinum should be showing in CCC?

For a fully, up to date install, what version of Platinum should be showing in the Command Center Platinum page?

For some reason, mine shows "Allston Update 1 (21.0.1.254)". My Platinum light in the Command Center is yellow and shows an update available. I have run the update several times and nothing changes. Anyone have any idea what might be going on??

Did you manually install the 32bit version too? If so, I believe you need to run the new installer for it as well.

Thanks for the reply, scook. All I did was run the Update in the Command Center. So, besides that, I also need to manually run the 32 bit version?

Yes, if you installed the 32bit version before the update. C3 does not automatically update manual installs. If you did not previously install the 32bit version the problem is something else.

I did install it before the update. I will try this tomorrow evening when I'm back in the studio.
    PS
I'm working toward just going all 64 bit. Just got a few more old, 32 bit only plug ins I've got to find replacements for.

Where did you get the installers for the 32bit version of Platinum installed before the update?

All the buttons are Green except Melodyne Essentials which is yellow. I have Melodyne Editor and it works fine in Platinum

Found it, installed it, all seems up to date now. CCC showing Braintree Update and all lights are green, finally. Thanks everyone for your help!
