What would you like to see in 2018.7?
I would really appreciate some stabilty improvements in the "bug fixes" section and a "Render click track" or "Insert click track" button as new feature. Your turn!

I wonder if upgrading to VB3-II would grant that wish.

Huh? Why not? I use CbB on Windows and have a MacBook and it'd be might handy for my mobile rig if I could record in the same software and use all the same plugins AND jump between two operating systems. eikelbijter

I would like to be able to rename controller data types as shown in the PRV Controller lane. At the moment, these are set by the instrument definitions - and even then they are tied to hardware synths, not VSTIs.

The issue is...Sonar is a mature product. It was at the last version of splat. There will be very little development, across DAWs now. For one there is no money in software now...as Bandlab have demonstrated.
I don't and won't use whatever the free version is called - one day I might be forced - but at the moment I've had very few problems with Sonar for many years, and the ones I do have generally have to do with crap 3rd party plugs. What we need to do now is consolidate our knowledge of the digital to transform culture again...as in the past - 1st with the romantics which the modernist avant-gardes then built upon.
