MAN... great video, Steve is awesome. The "Gamechanger" needs a bocy contour, IMO.

My new goal in life is to go to a NAMM show before I am so old I have to use a Scooter Chair to get around. Mebbe next year. I bet it is like being a kid in a candy store... or should I say a toy store?

I think I know someone who will get me a pass. Mike at Beech Creek... I'll just have to promise to not embarass him. So, if i get there next year can I get becan with it?

Julien, on my first trip in the 80's I had no idea what NAMM was. All I knew was I had to go buy equipment. My Commander sent me to LA. for 7 days and I knew I'd be done buying by Monday afternoon. I asked why in the world do I need to stay in LA. for a week? He just smiled and said you need the time  off. So I did all I needed to do and and by the late afternoon I decided to stroll. The place was pretty empty I wend checking out the booths. I saw a backdrop at the music man exhibit and decided to look at the funny lookin new Steve Morse guitars. This guy with short hair was behind the counter so I decided to ask about the guitar. He picked it up and went into all the detail and background on it's development. I looked at his tag and it said Steve Morse Music Man. Man, this guy really knows his stuff. I asked how it sounded on a amp so he said let me show you. He sat down and strummed the open strings and switched the pickups to show the tone changes. I asked do you play? He said a little and grinned. He then started playing Pride O' the Farm. My jaw hit the floor then I realized he was Steve Morse. That was only the 1st 30 min. on the floor.
