Not food-related, but how about this for a poorly thought out light switch design....

Also poorly designed. I think the teacher is about to send me to the Principal for snickering in class again! This thread makes me feel like I'm 13 again (and full of fart!).
Time for all of you to head over to Beyond My DAW!

I wonder what's in the ingredient list? I suspect it says .... " Re-Run of a T.V. Dinner. "

Going back to the OP, my best guess at a translation for "Full fart hela dagen" is something like Full speed, greet the day."

Chevy Nova didn't sell in Latin American because "No Va" means "doesn't go" in Spanish.

Another faux pas in the Spanish speaking countries was the very successful "GOT MILK?" campaign here in the USA. Who can forget the models with the milk mustaches? So the powers that be in the ad agencies decided to go international and into the Spanish speaking countries. Got Milk translated as "Tiene Leche?" in Spanish........ no one bothered to check for cultural meanings..... And, as a result, it didn't come across the language barrier with the same meaning........ In the Spanish culture, it meant Are you lactating? and was offensive to lactating women..... epic fail.
