What's a reasonable amount of time to wait for the store to reflect your order?
I ordered my x3 update at 745 PST from the CW store. That was one hour and forty five minutes ago. I received the payment confirmation email from paypal both nothing from CW yet and the down load links have not yet appeared in my account. I don't recall it ever taking this long.

I'm asking some folks internally. It shows up as "No Payment" on our end, which most likely means Paypal failed to send us some qualifying info on the back end. I'll try to follow up as soon as I hear feedback (I'm not personally that familiar with how the back end of Paypal payments work). Sorry about this! Can you PM me with some info from the Paypal receipt?

Most of my purchases have shown up within half an hour (usually ten minutes or so). The only time it didn't was when I bought a vid and it took a couple days, PMs, emails and a phone call to get it sorted. Apparently there is something that screws up with Paypal on occasion. However that purchase wasn't made on a busy day like today so maybe wait it out a little longer. I'm sure it'll be a nightmare trying to get a hold of anyone there today anyway. Good luck. Edit: Well there you go. On the way to being fixed while I was typing. Once the dudes knew what was up with my order it got fixed.

Thanks for the report. We've pushed your order through. You'll see all your downloads and SN on your eStore MyAccount page. Sorry for the delay! Adam Cakewalk

Well it's now the weekend 13:15 PST and I placed my order at 10:15 PST. Have the download links, but no SN. CC did go through and shows pending on my bank account. My suggestion...If your not going to fix this and/or provide customer service on the weekend, then make the store unavailable to purchase. If I pay for a product I expect to be able to use it!!

4 hours and finally received them. They must have had an outage of some type.

What was explained to me was that there was a "false positive" of sorts in regards to pushing certain types of orders through. I don't know the full details but I would imagine it has to do with specific types of European credit cards (at least it seemed like the majority of the cases I was looking into all met that same trend). We fixed something on the back end which resolved a number of stuck orders. Thanks for everyone's patience! If you're still waiting and things seem wrong, shoot us a line and we'll dig in when we can.
