What's the setting that stops window from advancing? (SOLVED!)

As my project is moving forward and the Now Time line moves forward, it passes the end of the window but the image doesn't advance. Can't find the setting to get that to go back to advancing. Also, as I hit "w", the Now Time goes to Zero but the window doesn't follow it.

    If in the Track View, I click on where there are no tracks and that allows the Track View to once again scroll along with the Now Time.

    What about pressing the Scroll Lock key.  Does that make a difference?
