When opening files, Sonar templates are not shown with ALL file type filter [CWBRN-79014]

When opening files, Sonar templates are not shown with ALL file type filter [CWBRN-79014]

When opening files, after changing file type filter to "All Cakewalk", I expect for a list to show all cakewalk file types including templates. Templates do not show with "All Cakewalk" file type filter chosen. They only show with cakewalk templates filter chosen.

    In 2015, I was told this was by design because templates are not handled the same as projects.

    It seems illogical to me though, but not a huge issue.
