When saving audio =My audio engine stop working=

_When i save my song,  my audio engine stop working.

_If loaded more (5) fx on masterbus, my audio engine stop working.

_Sonar ask me everytime to save the project CWP but normaly i save the Bundle CWb only.
But then the bundle wont start because the CWP already exist (same folder) so i have to chose another project name.
Very frustrating.

I have to restart/delete latest added plugin to make audio work again.

My specs:
AMD  Phenom II   4xCore 965 Processor  3.40 GHz
Windows7 Professional 64bit
RAM 12 GB
HD  WD7200 1TB
Sonar X1 all latest updates TC Electronic 24D

Please can someone help me out.
Thanks in advance, Gipsy

Are you sure it has stopped, bundles can take a long time to save.  Is there any reason why you are saving to bundles?  Typically that is for saving to move settings of all plugs between computers/users and doesn't need a regular save.

BTW, some system specs may help someone with your problem.

    Thanks Brian for your response.
I'm very happy that there's someone willing to help solving my problem.
I took your advice and update my message with my specs.

AMD  Phenom II   4xCore 965 Processor  3.40 GHz

And maybe you're right about saving as bundle, but all the years since the first cakewalk i did it this way.
Maybe its time to use the other way (save as project).
And yes i'm shure the audio stop, it clicks and thats it.
Now this last 20 minutes i save as normal and the audio did not stop (yet).
But i think the bundle problem is weird, maybe i have to much softsynths in use 22 and need a few more.
