Where are my Sound Blocks and Loops?

Where are my Sound Blocks and Loops?

So I recently bought MC6 on steam and in the tutorial video (the one where he works with sound loops) he goes into the sound blocks folder. I do not have this folder? why not?

    You would probably have better luck on the mc6 forum.  Sonar has loops, but I've never heard of sound blocks.
