Where can I get arpeggiator.dll for CWPA9?

When I apply arpeggiator effect in a track, there is no sound from the real-time effect Why? (may be it's the arpeggiator.dll corrupted) that's why I want to try another arpeggiator.dll. Is it possible to get one?
