Where do I find Melodyne after purchasing?
I just bought Platinum but I can't find Melodyne. It's neither in the Command Center nor in "my products" in my profile:
It looks like this there:

They want a serial number for registration. Where do I find it? It's not in any email I received and not in the command center.

If you do not see Melodyne Essential in https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Products, contact Cakewalk Customer Service. There should be a product listing with a serial number. The product and its serial number should also show up in the Command Center.

Just for information: how long does it usually take for them to answer on an email? If it's longer than a week, I will call them although I guess this is going to be expensive for me (Germany)

You could also check your Cakewalk store account page. The Melodyne serial number might be in there as well.

Apparently I did create a profile way back, but here's the process: - Login in CCC, take note of serial # for Melodyne (you can't select the text so you'll have to do it by looking at it)
- Go to Celemony and login to your account there (I didn't think I did...but I did have an account)
- Upgrade your license with the new serial #
- Download the newest version of Essentials and install (the download is pre-authorized so it installs easy)

Hi, So you did nothing wrong. We ran out of serials and had to get new ones. There was a bit of a delay. I am so sorry about that but your account should be all set now with your Melodyne Essential serial number. Thanks so much for your purchase and your patience.

Thanks for the feedback Andrew. I was going to suggest it might be the result of a serial number shortage but in the past user accounts had a placeholder which indicated the serial number was pending. I guess that is no longer the case.

I went through this yesterday. Renewed Sonar Platinum and verified the updated 2017 sub date in my CW account. Didn't see anything about a new Melodyne, so went to Celemony and logged into my account. Under the existing Melodyne v2, was this message: "A free update to Melodyne 4 Essential is available for you. Click the plus sign..blah, blah" I followed the instructions, and got the v4 upgrade.

If one is interested in the upgrade deals for Melodyne...
Audiodeluxe.com claimed (via email) that the WINTER16 sale will be through April.
If you have previously upgraded to the editor edition you and go to editor 4 for $83 and change OR for a mere $125 and change, get the full Studio version and really save some cash!

I forgot I upgraded to editor and so I get nothing from the upgrade to essential included in Manchester.
Pretty good deal for the editor upgrade so I will jump on it at Audiodeluxe.
