Where do I turn on the...

 option that will ask me if I want to move a clip when I drag it? Thanks.

    I'm not sure about your question as I've never seen a message asking me if I want to move a clip when dragging it. There are some drag and drop options at Options>Global> Editing Tab.

    That was it. At the bottom of the dialog window is an check box to "Always ask: ".
