I installed Guitar Rig 3 with Sonar 8PE. Where is the serial number for Guitar Rig 3?

Well........yes but Susan are you talking about the Serial number for guitar rig 3 after the 8.0.3 update????
Because this is my question as well......I registered Guitar rig when I bought 8 PE.....got the serial number right off the disk..........now that I've installed the 8.0.3 update I tried to re registar guitar rig with my original serial number and NI did not like it........
I have clicked on the NI symbol and the serial number comes up blank.....I try to use the "about" feature and still the serial number is blank.........
so my question is the same.............where do I find the serial number to guitar rig so I can registar.........

You shouldn't need to re-register.
Have you run GR in standalone since the update? If not, do so and see if you're registered there. If you are,
reboot and start Sonar. Rescan your plugins.

Yes I've tried stand alone .......but it only comes up as a demo and it wants me to register it!!!

ew I've Restarted my puter..........I've rescanned the vst's...........I've used it in stand alone and as an inseert into a track and all I get is the demo mode and NI will not accept my registration because I registered my G.R. while using 8.0.2???? what NOW????

When running the Cake 8.3 update, and when GR is updated, when Service Center ran I had to re-enter my serial number, even though I had entered it and activated it with the SC when I did the original install of Sonar 8. Seems dumb the update couldn't find the s/n on my system as I would surley think it's in the registry, right?

Guitar rig is doesn't work with any non existing program like sonar 8.0.3
But yes it works with sonar 8.3 and I also didn't have to re register it

My GR also asked for registration after the SONAR 8.3 update. I just used the original serial number from the SONAR 8 install disc and all is well.
A few of my songs SONAR Platinum, Cakewalk by BandLab, Windows 10, Focusrite Scarlett 6i6.

My computer wouldn't start after the 8.3 content update. The last thing I saw on the screen was the NI service centre page. I don't think I'll bother installing the content update again after all the buggeration it's caused.

I never registered it the first time, I didn't bother installing until now but I've lost my Number. I have asked Tech support maybe they can help me. We'll wait and see
