Where is R-MIX? Am I missing something? *SOLVED*

I installed all the components of X2 as recommended.  Where is R-MIX?  Can't find it anywhere.

You should be able to find it with your other FX in the browser.  If you're using a custom plug-in layout, try switching it to "Default - All Plug-ins"  It should also be at the very top in the "X2 Producer Effects" layout, that ships with SONAR.  These layouts can be found by clicking the little down arrow on the Plug-ins tab on the browser when showing Audio FX.

Speaking of R-mix, is this a "latent" effect?

Yes. R-MIX introduces some latency/plug-in delay compensation, as it makes use of look-ahead technology.
