Where is addictive drums?

I've installed SONAR X3 producer from the boxed set of DVDs and then upgraded to X3b with the patch. However, I can't find Addictive drums on my system and it doesn't show up in SONAR. Which DVD is it on and should it install with other effects? Which folder does it install to by default? Any help gratefully received!

There will either be an installer file somewhere on the discs or a link in your Cakewalk Account which is where you register your Cakewalk software. There will certainly be a serial number for it there as you need that to access the download.

The AD installer connects you to the XLN Audio website as the installation is a download from their website.
If you can't for some reason do a web installation here is the link to Cakewalk KB article describing the process for an offline installation.

Thanks very much for the info. I have now found my serial number and a link to the download instructions in a Cakewalk e-mail I received. However, the link is no longer active! Looks like I'll have to contact customer services. I do have an Internet connection on my DAW so should be able to install Addictive drums once I get the link to their web site. Makes a bit of a mockery of buying the DVDs if not all the plug-ins are on them.

According to the instructions on the d/l page, you should be able to simply refresh the page or log out and log back in to get new d/l links.

Just go to the XLN audio website, use the serial number you have.
Also as has been said, the link ks time out after 300 minutes. They can ease refreshed by going to your cakewalk account and using the download to refresh the link.
