Where is it EST anywhere?

Is it just me, isn't Arizona the only state that ignores DST?

    I think there may still be a couple of small pockets in Indiana that don't observer Daylight Saving Time... but what is your question?

    EST is Eastern Standard Time the east cost time zone. DST is Daylight Savings Time. DST can apply to any time zone. It is not a time zone.
