Where is phone support

Message says that support is closed.  What's up?

    phone support is open from 1 PM - 6 PM Eastern Time

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    Must have been some other day as the initial post today was before 1PM Eastern. They were moving offices recently.

    I just got through and talked to Tech support. No issue here. They even beat the estimated on hold time by about 10 mins too. :)

    I wonder if the snowstorm that wiped out the East Coast today perhaps affected their ability to get into their offices.
     
    FYI - for Tuesday, the DC area is already having a bunch of closed schools and the buses will not be running - don't know if that will affect the Boston area too, but it might.
