Where the roads cross.

I've been on the road working for a couple weeks but I am finally back at my computer. I wanted to share this link but it was too inconvenient on my android so I waited until I got home.

Here is a YouTube clip that has a bunch of music bursting out of it. It's from a house where the roads cross.

I especially like the lyrics; "What's his Name?" because it seems like this music celebrates in a way that a lot of folks can relate too regardless of what words they prefer to relate too.

I think the performances are over the top fantastic; great vocals, super drumming, foundation bass playing and screaming lead guitar.

Rock it upwards!!!

Here is another clip promoting a documentary about this down home style of House Music:

I find it interesting to consider how different and popular styles of music come to exist and also how different and popular styles of music influence styles of music that aren't as popular. The venues where the roads cross often times present music that is imbued with a vitality that I find exhilarating.

I hope some will enjoy the music.

all the best,
mike

When I first saw that YouTube picture, I only saw what looks like a "scream" face above the guy on the left.  LOL!
