Where's my addictive drums?

Hi'y'all.  So i wanted to learn up on addictive drums.  So i found out that there is an 'addictive drums 2'.

I have been to my cakewalk acouint but do not see it listed as one of my freebies or anywhere else.  I don't even see addictive drums 1, which of coarse i do have.
So, i'm wondering what i'm missing?
I do not see addictive drums (1) in my registered products?  (will check again)  Is this normal?
Is the addictive drums 2 included only with recent purchases of X3? TIA.

Addictive Drums is a separate download directly from XLN. There should be instructions called 05_XLN_Audio_Addictive_Drums_Download_Instructions.rtf included with the X3 downloads detailing the installation process. There should be an AD product code in the Serial number column of your store account with the line item "XLN Addictive Drums" and the same date as your X3 upgrade purchase. AD2 was added to X3 updates after the release of AD2. Original X3 update purchases do not include an upgrade to AD2.

Not working for me.  Says key is wrong or registered to another user.

Contact Cakewalk Sales and XLN support. They are the only people able to resolve product key issues.

Perhaps I'm screwed by this: "AD2 was added to X3 updates after the release of AD2. Original X3 update purchases do not include an upgrade to AD2."  I have an "original" X3 update purchase, that is, I bought X3 during the pre-sale.  So AD1 is no longer available on xln website and I'm not entitled to AD2???  For being an aggressively loyal CW customer and buying the upgrade the minute it became available?  Or am I mis-reading this?

You may have waited too long to redeem your copy of AD through the regular process. The free upgrade to AD2 was added to X3 a few months ago when XLN released AD2. The upgrade is not retroactive. I suspect this will take XLN support to sort out. I can't see how Cakewalk can help with this. Anyone who purchased X3 before a certain date are not eligible for the free AD2 upgrade.

Cakewalk acknowledges my purchase / AD1 SN but says they can do nothing for me.  Referred me to xln.  Too frustrating.  Passing on it.  I'll do without.
