Where's Ben/Neb/The Drunken Chef?
Has anyone seen him lately? I feel like I haven't seen him since spring. He had a positive outlook on life then, but too much valium. Hope he is ok though... Does anyone know?

Yeah he was always hard to miss  His latest activity on Soundcloud is two months ago. Perhaps he's just taking a break and cooking up something rad - so to speak.

Ah cool! Thanks. Found his Twitter there too. I've always enjoyed his input here. He was radically unconventional in his opinnions but had some pretty good ideas

The rumours of my demise are greatly exagerated. I have not died of a valium overdose, as I have pointed out I can take a 100 in a couple of months and then not take any. Nor have I had any in months.
I'm still rattling away making music but I have been mainly working on photography assignments for uni, distinctions for my last two assignments by the way.
I'd be carful about looking at my twitter account I know how some of you don't have a strong consitution for contrrversy.
I don't really have a lot to say really but when I do I will be around. It's nice to know though that people actually missed you.

Hey Ben! Good to see you're alive and kicking! Wasn't really worried that the Valium had gotten the best of ya, I was more wondering if you'd abandoned Sonar, Music and the forums. But good to see you're still at it. What happened to your Uni course? Are you doing photography instead of music tech? Well, merry weekend ya'lls! I got a dishwasher yesterday after 5 years without so I am going to enjoy the extra hour in the week!
