Where's the beef????
Have any of you ever eaten at an In and Out Burger? I used to travel to the bay area in CA a lot and they had them there and the I&O burgers were almost a "religion" there. Now they have a few of them in the DFW area. I don't understand the "hoopla" the meat patty can't be more than 3oz before cooking the "special sauce" is the same as McD's special sauce on the Big Mac: thousand island dressing yeah, they're all fresh. I get that. and that's a good thing. but they're gonna need to "beef" it up at least to get my attention.... just sayin'

The Beagle has a beef with the beef. Typical.

Beagle Have any of you ever eaten at an In and Out Burger? I think this would be an unfortunate choice of name for a burger chain in the UK. I reckon people would interpret it as either to do with the transit time through the digestive system, or how long you are able to keep it down after a drinking bout.

Yep, had burgers from them from time to time when I lived in So Cal. Their approach is difference: fresh ingredients, but also a very sparse menu. Its been quite awhile, but at that point their burgers were considerably better than the others.

lol, Beagle. A Sonic Double rocks, and it's across the street. I noticed that I/O at the mall got busy as soon as the doors opened. But if they are offering midget burgers, Im stickin' with Sonic.

In-and-Out-Burger? What a name. Is the founder perhaps mrs Diana O´Rhea, just Di to friends, obviously.

We used to hit In & Out or Tommys after gigs in L.A. back in the day. Tommys usually won out. They had burgers with chili and cheese that we thought were the best things on the planet. It was usually around 3 a.m., and we were borderline comatose, so don't consider this a proper endorsement please.
