Which SDK?

I need to write a script that will take each selected channel and extract clip and clip position and track settings along with effects in the bin and the settings of those effects, i need bus routing also.  I realize this a tall order and to those who say save it as a .cwp (lol) i realize that.  This info will eventually end up in a XML or Database for a second project i am working on.  Does anyone know of a programmatic way to handle this.
