Is Apogee's UV22HR available as an encoder that can be linked into SONAR?

Or is it only available for LOGIC and CUBENDO?

The problem is that 10Ten misspelled her name. Totally unbelievable that someone would buy it for 800 bucks. Except if it's not someone's own money.

I also wondered about what dither to use.. I tried each one separatly, and for the life of me I could not hear any difference. So to be musically correct, I load all three up on my master bus. That way I don't have lawyers from any 3 breathing down my neck for being bias.

For very important mixes I use manual dithering.
This is handy in any wave editor that allows you to edit single samples by mouse.  Naturally it takes quite a while to dither whole album but results are worth it.

on dither and noise floor and other things, i watched Ethan Winer doing a video about music myths where he was applying dither, noise and other things - only to prove that we really can't hear it, but like it.

Music, sound... all subjective and open for interpetation

A rack of noisemakers is not a definitive substitute for creativity. (though it does seem to help)

On some pro-audio forums, Ethan is no less than the earthly incarnation of Satan himself. Damned scientist, he takes all the mystery out of this stuff. Someday he'll claim there is no such thing as fairy dust, either.

Needless to say, Mr. Winer is a hero of mine.
