White Vertical Line on a Track ?

There is a vertical white line on 1 of my audio track and everything that i try to copy and paste ( from anywhere ) lands at the start of it ?
 
This must be new so can someone tell me how to enable/disable it please.

    Which Sonar product and which build number and version?

    Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
    Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

    Internet always on.

    Software    : Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
    ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples

    Numeric keypad 0 toggles a special edit mode designed for the VS-700. Been around as long as the VS-700.
