Who are you?

If you were in the Monkees?

Davy?
Peter?
Mickey?
Michael?

I like to think I'm Michael but it seems to most I'm Peter.

I'd be the guy who played the guitar in the studio.

Hard to believe that another musician figured he wouldn't stand out using his own name because one of the Monkees already had the same name (David Jones).  So, he decided to use "David Bowie" instead.  I'd say it worked out ok.

I used to think that I lived down the street from Keith.  Man, was I disappointed when I found out that was a rabid wolf instead.  Still, we had some good times...

Can you imagine Hendrix getting boo-ed by a bunch of girls chanting, "We want Davy, We want Davy" ????

I believe our friend Tap has just identified the women reponsible for creating Disco.  Somebody get some pitchforks and villagers.  I'll collect some torches and stakes.  I'll meet you back here at sunset.

hehe, i wasn't teasing about the hendrix thing..

Q: What about the Beatles and the things they’re doing now?

JH:" Oh, yes, I think it’s good. They’re one group that you can’t really put down because they’re just too much And it’s so embarrassing, man, when America is sending over the Monkees – oh, God, that kills me! I’m so embarrassed that America could be so stupid as to make somebody like that. They could have at least done it with a group that has something to offer. They got groups in the States starving to death trying to get breaks and then these fairies come up."
