One of my favorite albums of all time is his Nilsson Schmilsson. Considered one of the greatest records ever made. A great singer/songwriter who died too young. Was close friends with John Lennon and sang on alot of great records from the 70's.

It's hard to imagine the loss had Fred Neil's manager not pushed him for one more song on his self-titled album.

He also did Without You, a very beautiful song which I believe I covered. (did a cover of? --how do you say that?) And yes, the mix is probably horrendous.
