    I have just re-read my thread about the scar/scab thing and now realise that I could have offended people with the 'it was just a metaphor you cretins' remark.
    I just wanted to say that if I did, I'm really sorry - I know how easy it is to do that on the internet where the written word can be easily misconstrued. I meant no malice in what I said and the original thread was written to try and stop people from keeping the 'you know which' thread alive. I am rarely serious about anything (except Football) and I mistakenly assumed that people in this forum knew that.
    Again, I'm really sorry if I have upset anyone and if this is my meltdown, so be it.
