Why Is Cakewalk Phone Support Closed?

Called both the Boston and Los Angeles numbers and I get the same message. Today is not listed as a holiday on the website.

    I hope the internal event is they are shipping Cakewalk mugs to the "insiders" who all the trolls complain about.
