Why Won't Sonar Save My Omnisphere Settings?

I've already fired off an email to Spectrasonics, but I have to wonder if I'm the only one dealing with this problem. Omnisphere works fine. I can load it (64 bit VST, Win7 64), and it plays perfectly. I have access to the entire patch library. I save my project and close X1 like I do with all other soft synths. When I reopen the project, most of the patch library is unavailable to me. It saves the patch that I was on, but the patch browser only shows me a fraction of the patches that exist for the program. If I click on the library tab, it show All and Omnisphere. Nothing else. I've tried all the settings in the Sort tab and nothing helps. I have to delete the program out of the bin, reload it, and then the patch library shows up. Anyone else with this problem?

Edited to say: Everything in the program is currently up to date.

Reinstalled the latest updates, and it works again. So...who knows. I'm just glad it works.
