Why do people insist on continually posting drivel...

...in the Sonar forum, when they know it belongs in the Coffee House? I would say that 99.237% the people post in the correct forum.

Come on you 0.773% of the people...

You are probably right Oaf Topic.

I just get tired of one or two people always being so down.

Steve Strummer UK you change your avatar more than most people change pants. No offense meant.

I'd say that only accounts for 20 to 40% of the people. The others all post where ever they like.

    Now that's drivel.

Now hang on a mo! Just because you've got more posts than me doesn't mean your drivel count is higher than mine.

Where's the science to backup your claims? Anecdotal evidence is no evidence at all.

Anyways I'd reckon cj's drivelometer would be off the scale in comparison to most. With 17k + posts there's sure to be more drivel in there than most.

Drivel is counted in drivels as in 1 drivel, 2 drivels and lottsa drivel etc.

Drivels are measured with a drivelometer; the range being from no drivel at all, to complete drivel.

Whereas the description of a group of crows is a murder of crows collectively drivel is described as an "episode". for example

"He posted 10 times in the same thread. It was an episode of complete drivel".

    from the MacQuarie Dictionary:

    Drivel

verb (i).1. to let saliva flow from the mouth or mucus from the nose; slaver.2. to issue like spittle.3. to talk childishly or idiotically.verb (t).4. to utter childishly or idiotically.5. to waste foolishly.noun.6. idiotic, or silly talk; twaddle.7. any display of sentimentality.

    I'm all for numbers 3 through 6.

Maybe you just happen to post what I'm feeling for me or something. LOL! ;)

If the drivel here doesn't improve I'm going over to the Steinberg forums, where the drivel is at least subtle inNuendo.
