Why don't my busses show VST3 efx in Sonar X3?

Why don't my busses show VST3 efx in Sonar X3?

When I right click to place an audio effect in a buss, all of the options there are for the older VSTs/efx, but no VST3 folder on the menu. The audio tracks have a VST2 and VST3 menu option.
 
Why isn't VST3 appearing as an option for my buss tracks?

    Hi. Have you tried to change the plugin layout? (right click, over the fx)
