Why is the "follow snap settings" greyed out in the "view" "grid resolution" in the Piano

Why is the "follow snap settings" greyed out in the "view" "grid resolution" in the Piano

in the piano roll edit window.  And I can't find where to turn the feature back on.  So I'm stuck at 1/64th grid line resolution.  I need to be able to set it to 1/128th resolution.

    This was an issue before X1b or c ( I forget which). Are you running the c update?

    Before that, you had to undock and unfloat the PRV to be able to change the Grid Resolution setting

    Yes, I'm running C  I'll try the unfloat fix,, thanx

    after all else is exhausted, read the instructions......
