Will This Work. Need to Move VST Folders. Need Help.

I recently bought an Akai Advance 61 Midi Controller.  I love this controller.  It has software that will organize the presets from all of you VSTs into categories which I really want to use.  The only downside is that all of the VSTs have to be in 2 location; 1) For 32 bit  and 2) for 64 bit apps.  However, all of my VSTs are in 8 different directory locations.  Sonar scans them all and they all work.  But this is not going to work with the Akai Advance software.  Can I just set up two folders, say one at c:VST32 bit and one at c:VST64bit and move the .dll files to those two locations? OR will I need o uninstall and then reinstall the VST's?
