Will X1 open my old Sonar 7 files?

I have Sonar 7.  If I upgrade to X1, will it open all my Sonar 7 files?

HP Z420, Intel Xeon E5-1620@ 3600MHz, 8GB RAM,  Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Soundcard : Focusrite Saffire 24, & Sonar : Producer X3

    I can't guarantee no anomalies, but yes, they should open fine. And you can leave S7 on your system in case you run into any trouble. Like all "upgrades" X1 is a standalone version that goes into its own directory and registry branch, and has its own intialization files. Some plug-in content is shared, but the application is independent.

    Thanks for the replies.  Good to know X1 is in fact stand-alone so I keep Sonar 7 anyway.
