Windows 7 tweaks

Just rebuilt my computer.  Stuff listed below..  Are there any useful windows 7 tweaks out there?

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

    Most of the audio I/O manufacturers have information on this. Since I have a Pro-24, I followed this one: http://www.focusrite.com/...en/article.php?id=1071

    I find a lot of the tweaks posted on the web only work for specific situations and specific hardware.
