Windows XP +Sp2 hotfix

I download it but I can´t run it?
Is it working with differend language versions?

    I use Sonar 4.02 + XPhome + P4

    My windows XP language is Finnish. When I download hotfix(example English version)from Sonar site
    I cant run it becouse my XP language if Finnish.

    I did a google on finnish version of hotfix. Seems like it is available for download.
    But you better contact microsoft directly about this problem.
