Oh, I see. Those round things are tough to wrap. Maybe if you drink a bottle of the Four Roses bourbon, the Cadbury Roses... I might not be easier, but then you wouldn't care.

1) Why bother - everyone will know without opening it that it's a tin of Roses and that Strummy does his xmas present shopping in Tesco ? ;) 2) If you must, there's always the thinking man's option......

SteveStrummerUK So how do you know they're a fiver in Tesco I'm not that tight though... I tipped the postman a quid* * Because I had no smaller change Along with the the other xmas stuff, they've been just inside the front door since August (FFS!) ;) Anyways, I'm off to get some meself later. I've just figured out that the £1 saving in Sainsburys (other supermarkets are available) will be just about swallowed up with the extra fuel and tyre wear wear to get there (83.6598147p approx). Then of course there's the impact to the environment of that unnecessary travelling, which has to be worth at least 11.2365978p according to my handy carbon footprint cost calculator, which ironically isn't solar powered. So, let it not be said that Paulo just bought a tin of sweets in Tesco for someone because he couldn't be arsed to put any further effort or consideration into it. Oh no, this was a thoughtful and considered action. ;)

You're a man. That's where you're going wrong. Men can only wrap cubic gifts. Women can neatly wrap a freaking dodecadodecahedron, with the simple condition that no man is looking.

Hi, Hmmmmm ... I wonder if that Tin makes for a good snare drum! Either on the top or bottom!
As a wise Guy once stated from his holy chapala ... none of the hits, none of the time ... prevents you from becoming just another turkey in the middle of all the other turkeys!
