For what genre of music? Orchestra? Jazz? Funk? Soul? Marching band? Also what price range are you looking for?

+1 on Chris Hein Compact Horns (saxes, clarinet, some flute, trumpet, trombones, tuba)
Also Native Instruments Session Horns. The Pro version seems really nice but is a bit above your upper limit.

I recently purchased BigFishAudio First Call Horns, mentioned by others. It comes with Kontakt Player if you don't have that already. The samples sound good. I'm still learning how to make complete lines and ensembles consistently sound like they're actually being played by horn players, but I am pretty sure that is due to my own limitations, both with originally recording parts via a MIDI controller, editing the MIDI data and in mixing the resulting audio. The fact that the parts sometimes sound really good tells me that any problems are likely not inherent in the software.

Big Fish Audio Vintage Horns, http://www.bigfishaudio.com/Vintage-Hornsmay be just what you are looking for. I have it and it does an outstanding job on funk, soul and jazz, especially for backing horn sections, but you can use it for leads also. It will run on the free Kontakt 5 player.
