Good rocker! Is this an extract? Sure was an abrupt beginning. After that? Smoke!

maartian, this tune, was one of those 'go for the throats' kind by design, you nod at the drummer, count it off mentally, and BOOM!! LOL probably the shortest tune i've ever done.

Boom is absoflippinlutely right! Another great one bats. It is short but man what a heated number. It is like a heavy rocker with the frenetic nature, sudden start, and quick ending of early punk. Brilliant arrangement and playing. WOW!

ha! thanks freddy..... for commenting.. "short but heated"...... that's about right! i think the guitars on this recording was a first pass.... i had rehearsed the riff quite a bit, written it with a demo drum track. but as soon as i received the real drum tracks from the drummer that was hired for this album, it only took me as long as it took to get levels with the mic, and that was it! the vox, took a bit longer! LOL bass, i took 3 different approaches with it, landed on the one that is here.... i tried some 'counterpoint' bass lines, but it took away from the energy i wanted.

Hey Jude I agree with yooou. Bats brew is top shelf. He's created his on style sui generis. If you're not making a living with these songs, bats brew it's a shame.

thanks for listening jude... i'm sure the new remix is gonna be better than this one... i just have different approaches now, i'll modernize the new mix a bit. no, not making any bucks doing this music, but i don't do it for that reason anyway. it's a nice thought, tho
