Working at Distances-Suggestions?

I am new to the world of ReverbNation, Sound Click, etc...
Heres my question
While working with bands in other states, I am looking for an easy way for them to be able to hear what is going on without exposing their work to everyone.
Much like Facebook not allowing anyone but "Friends Only" to enter a persons page. Is there a way in Reverb Nation, Sound Click, etc... to do this or what other options are out there to make this idea easy?
Thanks for your thoughts and ideas on this

I'm not seeing in Soundclick the option to make a private page. You can email them to see if it's possible.

As you said, if you can do it with FB..... friends only.

Depending on how many people you work with and how limited you want access to be, you could also set up your own web site (easy to do and not very expensive either) and have a music page that is password protected.

Even on an open site like Sound click, I doubt that you will have many "drop in" visitors.

soundcloud allows this.  you can upload an mp3 and make it "private" and invite anyone you want but no one else can get to it.

You may also wish to check out music collaboration sites such as IndabaMusic and MusiciansCollaborationStudio.  It's possible to create private sessions or restrict access to files.
