I love this!  It sounds radio ready to my ears.  Please post some more so that we don't have to paste the url in the address.  I'll be coming back for a few more listens.  Welcome to the forum!

All the best,

Cook stuff man....best of luck with your music.
Mix sounds good...perhaps a little more
Dynamics in the volume.....just my take on mixing
Perhaps a little reverb on the outro fade...again just my take
It all good.

Welcome to the forum!
Actually, the site won't let you post a link because you haven't made enough posts yet.  you have to post at least 5 (IIRC) posts before it allows linking.  it's a spam deterrent.

I suggest you listen to and comment on some other peoples' songs and get your post count up and then the forum will allow you to post links.

Thanks for sharing. Would have liked to hear more separation in the instruments. Seems "nearly" mono. Still it's a good song and solid performances.

I like Beagle's avatar very much.  :)

I will also make the effort to go find your song if I have the time. Probably sooner than that, you will critique the songs of others enough to rise above the threshold of linkitude. Looking forward to hearing your efforts!

cheers,

It is rough sounding but that seems to be what you are after. Do you guys have photos of the band?
Always like to see the rock band for stuff like this.

So I am an older fart. I had many years of solid rock so I know the genre. In your mix, the lead vocal has a bit to it. I would say a harshness or overblown harmonic distortion in the 3K area. If you could clean up the tones a bit, the hard playing would come through more and you might get more overall listens.
Sometimes the final mix can take away from the actual musician's playing and the song writing. I thing you can make this production hit a little harder with less harshness.
All just an old fart's POV.

Nice tune. I like the vocals. Song sounds okay on my headphones and my experience isn't sufficient to comment further really.

I'm a home studio hobbyist and I always like to hear how peeps do their stuff here. Was all this tracked, mixed and what have you on Sonar?

cheers
