Would like to see midi metronome use friendly names instead of port number for assignment

Seems like anytime something gets turned off or fails to be recognized, the midi output ports get reordered. This doesn't reorder stuff in the regular views, so it seems like it wouldn't be that difficult to implement. To reassign the correct port currently requires the user to count the number of midi devices to down to the metronome synth.
