Wow! Manchester fixes 5 bugs I submitted! Please, take my money...

I painstakingly chased down nine bugs I ran into in recent months, taking care to submit good recipes how to reproduce them in my Problem Reports.

Well, I just read the Manchester Update e-zine and it looks like my efforts have been rewarded. Five of them have been addressed in Manchester (but strangely are still set to "New" in my Problem Reports list - maybe I wasn't the only one to report them?) and 2 others in my list are set to "Submitted to Development".

Faaaan-tastic!

Happy as anything, I went straight to take advantage of the $99 pay-one-time added year extension offer, but it won't authorize my purchase. Aargh! Why do these things always happen at the start of a weekend?

But it'll take more than that to wipe the smile off my face. Waaahooo!

I have had that happen too, where it debited my bank account but I didn't get the purchase until Monday morning, and calling the company.

For MY situation, I had not realized that I could have called the processing company on Saturday, so you might be able to get your problems fixed tomorrow, IF you call them tomorrow.  I don't recall the name of the company that actually deals with the online purchases, but I do remember they were not difficult to get a phone number for.

    Good luck!

I envy you. Many of bugs which I submitted a couple of years ago and were sent to Development are still not fixed...

Yup Cleverbridge is indeed who it was - I couldn't remember when I posted earlier, but seeing your post instantly made it come back to me.

HOPEFULLY, you can give them a call early enough Saturday to where they can get your purchase all ironed out, so you can enjoy it for the weekend.

Thanks everyone, I didn't mean to hijack the thread thought maybe my situation was similar to the OP's. I contacted Cleverbridge via email and will call them tomorrow.

not sure what to tell you about Cleverbridge, I've had problems with many of the on-line payment services over the years, it always gets resolved, but it is always a bit nerve wracking!

Congrats on getting your bugs fixed! It feels really good doesn't it?

Over the years I've had maybe half a dozen bugs fixed, and one feature request implemented - always makes me feel like I am helping my fellow Sonar users...
